H 2420 General Bill, By Harvin, Phillips and J.B. Wilder
    A Bill to eliminate for a certain period the tax on aviation gasoline and other fuels used by aircraft for any airline which establishes and maintains a hub in this State having a minimum total number of outgoing flights each day to at least five cities outside the State.
