    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-5-2525 so as to provide that a towing company which tows another's motor vehicle away and stores it shall notify the police department, if the vehicle was parked within the limits of a municipal corporation, or the sheriff or county police department, if the vehicle was parked without the limits of a municipal corporation, to provide for the posting of the provisions of the Section on the premises of the towing company and provide a penalty.-at
