    A Bill to amend Section 36-9-403, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the filing of financing statements under the Uniform Commercial Code and the duration of these statements, so as to provide that the United States of America acting through the Farmers Home Administration is not required to file continuation statements in order to prevent the financing statement from lapsing.
