    A Bill to amend Section 50-1-150, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the disposition of hunting or fishing fines and forfeitures, so as to provide that they shall be paid to the county treasurer of the county where they are collected and then transmitted to the Executive Director of the Department of Wildlife and Marine Resources and that they, along with license fees collected by the Director, shall be placed to the credit of the Game Protection Fund of the State Treasury.
