    A BILL TO AMEND ACT 868 OF 1954, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE MEMBERSHIP AND POWERS OF THE KERSHAW COUNTY HOSPITAL BOARD, SO AS TO ADD A MEMBER TO THE BOARD WHO MUST BE A PHYSICIAN AND WHO MUST BE APPOINTED BY THE KERSHAW COUNTY LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION UPON THE RECOMMENDATION OF A MAJORITY OF THE LICENSED PHYSICIANS RESIDING IN KERSHAW COUNTY.
