    A Bill to amend Section 55-3-60, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to an owner's, lessee's, or operator's liability for damages caused by his aircraft, so as to provide that where an aircraft is stolen from the owner or lessee, the owner or lessee is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from this unauthorized use.
