    A Bill to amend Section 16-19-40, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to gaming and betting, so as to delete antiquated language and obsolete references, to increase the penalties for second and subsequent violations of gaming and betting, and to increase penalties for violations involving keeping a place for gaming.
