S 0259 General Bill, By M.F. Mullinax
    A Bill to amend Section 59-112-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to South Carolina domicile for purposes of tuition and fees, so as to provide that independent persons who reside in South Carolina pursuant to a visa, other than a student visa, for less than twelve months are employed full-time in the State, and their dependents, are eligible for in-state rates as long as the independent person continues to be employed on a full-time basis in the State.
