    A Bill to amend Section 2-1-180, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to adjournment of the General Assembly, so as to provide for it to recess on the first Thursday in June, to extend the date when the House of Representatives fails to pass the General Appropriations Bill by March 31, and to provide for sine die adjournment on December 31 of each year.
