    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 38-9-380 so as to prohibit insurers writing term life insurance from reducing the principal amount payable under a term policy unless the premium has remained the same since the inception of the policy and to provide that a term policy may not be terminated because of age except for nonpayment of premium.
