    A Concurrent Resolution memorializing the Honorable Joseph P. Riley, Jr., Mayor of the city of Charleston, and the City Council of Charleston to postpone the closing of Lockwood Boat Landing in Charleston County until the Mayor and City Council locate another landing that can accommodate the launching of boats in excess of twenty feet.
