A Bill to amend Title 44, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Chapter 40 so as to provide for an Agent Orange Information and Testing Program in the Department of Health and Environmental Control to assist resident veterans who served in the armed forces from 1959 through 1975 who have been exposed to chemical agents and to amend Chapter 11, Title 25, by adding Section 25-11-70 so as to require the Department of Veterans Affairs to assist the South Carolina Agent Orange Advisory Council and the Department of Health and Environmental Control in carrying out the Agent Orange Information and Testing Program.
