    A Bill to amend Subarticle 1, Article 3, Chapter 7, Title 20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to parent-child relationship and the legal status of children as provided in the Children's Code, by adding Section 20-7-65 so as to make it unlawful for any person to charge another person with a violation under the provisions of Sections 20-7-60, 20-7-70, and 16-15-140 when the person making the accusation knows, or has reason to know, that the charges are false.
