    A BILL TO AMEND TITLE 56 OF THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES, SO AS TO CREATE THE MOTOR VEHICLE INDUSTRY LICENSING BOARD, TO REGULATE MOTOR VEHICLE AND MOTORCYCLE DEALERS AND SALES PERSONS ENGAGED IN BUSINESS IN SOUTH CAROLINA, INCLUDING PROVISIONS RELATING TO ADVERTISING AND SALES PRACTICES; TO DEVOLVE THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATOR RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE AND MOTORCYCLE DEALERS AND WHOLESALERS UPON THE BOARD; AND TO AMEND SECTION 40-29-240, RELATING TO PROHIBITED ACTS RELATING TO THE SALE OF MANUFACTURED HOUSING, SO AS TO PROHIBIT CERTAIN ADVERTISING AND SALES PRACTICES.
