    A Bill to amend Section 12-37-220, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to exemptions from ad valorem taxation, so as to provide for the exemption to apply to community owned recreation facilities operated on a nonprofit basis and opened to the general public at least fifteen percent of the time instead of opened to the general public all of the time.
