H 2801 General Bill, By Sharpe, Barfield, H. Brown, Elliott, J.C. Johnson, W.H. Jones, R.O. Kay and Townsend
    A Bill to amend Article 9, Chapter 5 of Title 56, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to motor vehicle traffic accidents by adding Section 56-5-1215 so as to provide that drivers of all vehicles involved in accidents which result in bodily injury or death must be given a chemical test of their breath for the purpose of determining the alcoholic content of their blood, to provide the procedures for administering the test, and to provide that the results of the test must be made available to the parties involved in the accident.
