    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Chapter 34 to Title 59, so as to establish a program of health services for all school age children for early detection of health problems by requiring comprehensive health appraisals for children prior to initial school entry, and requiring periodic screenings for early detection of vision, hearing, and dental problems, scoliosis, and elevated blood pressure.
