    A Bill to provide that any school district whose budget exceeds seventy-five million dollars annually is subject to the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code and to provide that the district is exempt from the South Carolina Procurement Code, except for a procurement audit every three years, if the district has its own procurement code similar to the South Carolina Procurement Code.-amended title
