    A Bill to authorize the creation of redevelopment commissions; to authorize cities, towns, and counties to perform the powers and duties of such commissions; to authorize the housing authorities to perform such functions; to authorize joint city-county commissions; to provide for the powers, responsibilities, duties, and compositions of the commissions; to provide for the acquisition, planning, and disposition of property for development in accordance with a redevelopment plan; to authorize the commissions to issue bonds; and to repeal Chapter 7 of Title 31, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Redevelopment Law.-amended title
