    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-420, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the jurisdiction of family court, so as to give the court jurisdiction to require persons obligated to pay child support to repay the Department of Social Services for certain sums expended or to be expended by the Department for the support and care of the child.
