    A Bill to amend Article 1, Chapter 5, Title 61, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the transportation, possession, consumption, and sale of alcoholic beverages, by adding Section 61-5-180 so as to authorize the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission to issue twenty-four hour temporary permits to possess, sell, and consume alcoholic liquors in sealed containers of two ounces or less to nonprofit organizations and business establishments authorized to be licensed for sales; and to provide for the Commission to charge a one hundred dollar filing fee and a daily permit fee of fifty dollars with the permit fees to be used for law enforcement and related purposes.-amended title
