    A Concurrent Resolution to declare the General Assembly's belief that it is in the public interest to maintain certain tidal marsh impoundments and to memorialize the United States Environmental Protection Agency to certify permits for the maintenance of dikes for these impoundments which have been issued by the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
