    A Bill to amend Sections 59-5-65 and 59-18-30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to minimum standards for student achievement and for evaluation of quality of education, so as to change from the Comprehensive Test of Basic Skills (CTBS) to the Statewide Testing Program (STP) to determine placement of students in compensatory and remedial programs.
