H 2910 General Bill, By House Ethics
A Bill to amend Section 8-13-470, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to Ethics, so as to prohibit members of the General Assembly from appearing before the South Carolina Public Service Commission and the South Carolina Insurance Commission in rate or price fixing matters and to delete the prohibition against public officers and employees so appearing and also delete the South Carolina Dairy Commission.
