    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Chapter 21 to Title 31 so as to enact the South Carolina Fair Housing Law to provide equal protection under the provisions of Article 1, Section 3, of the Constitution of South Carolina, 1895, and the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution and provide for conformity with the Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968.
