    A Joint Resolution to adopt revised Code Volumes 11 and 16 and new Volumes 11A, 16A, and 20B of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, to the extent of their contents, as the only general permanent statutory law of the State; and to adopt the 1986 Cumulative Supplements to the Code of Laws as part of the Code and provide that these Supplements, Volumes as supplemented by them, and the replacement Volumes constitute the only general permanent statutory laws of the State as of January 1, 1987.
