A Bill to amend Section 56-5-5440, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the penalty for violating certain provisions of the Motor Vehicle Annual Inspection Law, so as to provide a maximum fifteen dollar fine for operating a motor vehicle without a current inspection sticker and to provide that no person may be cited for a violation for five days after an inspection sticker expires.
