    A Bill to amend Section 50-1-30, as amended, and Section 50-11-2410, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to classifications of birds, animals, and fish, and the killing or possessing wild nongame birds, so as to comply with Federal Law by deleting crow, grackle, cowbird, and blackbird from the list of destructive birds and to add pigeon to the list, and to delete buzzards from the list of birds excepted from protection; to repeal Sections 50-11-450, 50-11-2240, 50-11-2250, 50-11-2260, 50-11-2270, 50-11-2280, 50-11-2450, and 50-11-2460 of the 1976 Code, relating to alligators, alligator eggs and keeping birds for scientific, household, or propagating purposes.
