A Bill to amend Section 14-7-200, as amended, and Section 14-7-260, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the number of petit jurors the jury commissioners are required to draw and summon, so as to provide that the jury commissioners shall draw and summon at least seventy-five jurors but that the chief administrative judge or the presiding judge of that circuit may increase or decrease the number of jurors drawn and summoned; however, at least seventy-five jurors must be drawn and summoned.
