A Bill to amend Section 6-7-360, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to local planning organizations, so as to provide that at least one half of the members of county planning commissions shall reside in unincorporated areas of the county and that at least one half of the members shall be property owners within the area over which the commission has planning jurisdiction so as to provide that up to fifty percent of the members must reside outside the limits of a municipal corporation based on the percentage of population of the area of the commission which live without municipal corporation limits.-amended titl
