    A Bill to amend Act 127 of 1989, as amended, relating to the South Carolina Health Insurance Pool, by adding Section 3-A so as to provide a basis for establishing eligibility for pool coverage upon demonstrating good cause for nonpayment of premium for canceled insurance, without regard to time limit or waiting period otherwise provided for in this Act.
