A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 38-73-462 to Article 5, Chapter 73, Title 38, so as to provide for a premium reduction for an automobile insurance policy when the principal operator of the insured automobile is insured under the policy, is fifty-five years of age or older, and has completed successfully a motor vehicle accident prevention course.
