    A Bill to amend Section 12-35-1130, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the imposition of the license and sales tax on laundry and dry cleaning services, so as to provide that these taxes are not imposed on laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services supplied to clothing rental establishments.
