    A Bill to amend Section 12-51-90, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to redemption of real property sold for nonpayment of taxes, so as to provide that the eight percent interest payment to the delinquent tax collector upon redemption must be assessed from the time of the tax sale until the date of redemption of the real estate.
