    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 11, TITLE 25, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO VETERANS AFFAIRS, BY ADDING SECTION 25-11-55 TO PROVIDE THAT THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY SHALL APPROPRIATE FUNDS DIRECTLY TO THE COUNTY VETERANS AFFAIRS OFFICES IN A MANNER TO BE PROVIDED BY LAW.
