    A Bill to amend Section 7-5-155, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to voter registration by mail, so as to provide that a qualified citizen may register to vote by mailing or having delivered a completed application not later than thirty, rather than forty-five, days immediately before an election to his registration board.
