    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-67-485 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A SCHOOL BUS TRANSPORTING CERTAIN STUDENTS MUST HAVE A SCHOOL BUS MONITOR ON BOARD AND TO PROVIDE THAT A SCHOOL BUS MONITOR MUST BE A LICENSED DRIVER AND BE PAID AT LEAST MINIMUM WAGE.
