    A Bill to amend Section 56-5-750, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to failure to stop a motor vehicle when signaled by a law enforcement officer, so as to change the offense from a misdemeanor to a felony and Section 16-1-10, as amended, relating to crimes classified as felonies, so as to include the offense of failure to stop a motor vehicle when signaled by a law enforcement officer.
