    A Bill to amend Section 12-35-550, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to sales tax exemptions, so as to exempt from sales tax the gross proceeds of sales and purchases for resale by certain nonprofit organizations if the net proceeds are used exclusively for exempt purposes and do not inure to the profit of any individual and to exempt the same nonprofit organizations from the retail license tax.
