    A JOINT RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO SECTION 2, ARTICLE V OF THE CONSTITUTION OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1895, RELATING TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE SUPREME COURT, SO AS TO INCREASE FROM FIVE TO SEVEN THE NUMBER OF JUSTICES COMPRISING THE SUPREME COURT ON JULY 31, 2016; AND TO AMEND SECTION 3, ARTICLE V OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THIS STATE, RELATING TO THE ELECTION OF MEMBERS OF THE SUPREME COURT, SO AS TO CONFIGURE THE TERMS OF THE NEW AND EXISTING ASSOCIATE JUSTICES OF THE SUPREME COURT SO THAT, BEGINNING IN 2016, THE TERMS OF TWO ASSOCIATE JUSTICES SHALL EXPIRE EVERY TWO YEARS WITH ALL ASSOCIATE JUSTICES THEN BEING ELECTED TO SIX YEAR TERMS.
