    A Bill to amend Section 7-3-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to duties of the Executive Director of the State Election Commission, so as to provide that he shall remove from the roster of qualified voters the names of persons who have not voted in the last two general elections in which presidential elections were held instead of the last two general elections and in elections between the two elections.
