    A BILL TO AMEND ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 9, TITLE 50, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO HUNTING, FISHING, AND TRAPPING LICENSES, BY ADDING SECTION 50-9-65 SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES TO ENTER INTO RECIPROCAL AGREEMENTS WITH AGENCIES OF OTHER STATES WHEREBY COMPLIMENTARY NONRESIDENT HUNTING AND FISHING LICENSES MAY BE ISSUED TO DISABLED PERSONS.
