    A Bill to amend Chapter 11 of Title 16, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to crimes against property, by adding Section 16-11-125 to create the specific crime of issuing false statements to obtain benefits of an insurance policy or certificate from a fire loss or explosion and provide penalties therefor; and to amend Section 16-1-10, as amended, relating to felonies, so as to include violations of Section 16-11-125 as a felony.
