    A Bill by the Lexington County Delegation to amend Section 7-7-380, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the voting precincts in Lexington County, so as to revise these precincts, to provide that the polling places of these various precincts shall be designated by the Lexington County Election Commission, and to define the boundaries of these precincts; to provide that the Division of Research and Statistical Services of the State Budget and Control Board shall perform a study of the precinct lines in Lexington County and make recommendations as to any changes it considers necessary to the County Legislative Delegation and the County Election Commission not later than January 1, 1986; and to provide that the provisions of this Act, relating to the revision of the voting precincts in Lexington County, shall be effective beginning with the 1986 municipal and school board elections in the county and thereafter.-amended title
