    A Bill to amend Section 17-5-80, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the authority of a magistrate to exercise powers and duties of the coroner in certain cases, so as to authorize a deputy coroner to exercise the authority granted magistrates in exercising the powers and duties of the coroner in those counties having a deputy coroner.
