A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 4-9-44 so as to authorize the governing body of a county to contract for law enforcement protection with any company or organization having management of any residential development and to provide the rights, powers, and duties of these law enforcement officers; and to provide that all expenses incurred by the county in providing law enforcement protection to the residential development must be paid by the company or organization.
