    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 30-4-20, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS OF TERMS USED IN THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEFINITION OF THE TERM "MEETING" IS A CORPORAL CONVENING OF THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE BODY AND TO DELETE CONVENING BY MEANS OF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF A NATURAL OR DECLARED DISASTER.
