    A Bill to reauthorize the existence of the Contractors' Licensing Board of South Carolina for six years; to amend Section 40-11-340, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to exemptions from the regulation of contractors by their licensing board, so as to exempt licensed fire sprinkler, burglar alarm, and well drilling contractors; and to repeal Section 40-11-200 relating to an annual bidder's license fee.
