A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 40-21-345 so as to revoke permanently the certificate of registration of any land surveyor who has been found guilty of gross negligence or incompetency in conducting three or more separate land surveys and to require any land surveyor against whom a judgement is rendered to pay attorney's fees to anyone who brings an action as a result of an error made by him.
