    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 50-11-672 so as to authorize the hunting of deer with dogs only for the purpose of training in Game Zone No. 4 before and after open season for hunting deer and to provide that no firearms may be used or carried.
